Baked Well offers a build your own brownie bar and it’s pretty awesome. You can decorate your brownie however you please with a solid sleet of options. Here I have a single brownie for $4 (you can opt for two brownies for $8) topped with buttercream icing, caramel drizzle, white chocolate chips, and birthday sprinkles. This could of been really good, but the brownie was just so dang rigid. Good luck using the plastic fork they supply as that’ll snap right off. You’re going to need a fossil pick hammer to dice through this rock brownie. Once you scratch the surface (pun intended) it gets slightly better, but it’s still a solid brick brownie. I was really excited to try this one. Love the concept of the brownie bar and I’m willing to try it again or maybe I’ll go for their banana bread which will be more soft.
