The Bishop is a restaurant inside the Central Station Hotel in downtown Memphis. The hotel on Main Street is over 100 years old but recently underwent a major renovation. The ambience here is excellent. I had halibut for dinner and it was incredible. Served in a tasty cream sauce with bacon bits, parsnip, leeks, and chives. The butternut squash bisque with brussels and sunflower seeds was also an awesome precursor to the main course.
