Seared wild pacific sockeye with citron oyster mushroom, sweet potatoes, etc.
It is nearly impossible to get a reservation at Phenakite. The trick is to check for cancellations regularly. Very relaxing atmosphere, and Chef Ming Phan and the staff were very cordial and accommodating.
