The Isarn Thai Soul Kitchen is on Lake Street along the Kirkland Waterfront. Lots of action and amazing views in this area. Isarn has some unique twists on your traditional Thai menu. This tasty salad being one of them. Sweet corn tossed with young coconut meat, tomatoes, baby string beans, garlic and peanut lime dressing. Nice healthy option with tons of flavor.
