The Iberian Pig in Buckhead is a great spanish tapas style restaurant. Lots of small plates and they were all great. But man... these pork cheek tacos absolutely stole the show. I could have had 12 of these little guys. They come in this ultra crispy crunchy, almost wonton-like, taco shell - Incredibly buttery and delicious. Topped with some sort of avocado spread and corn salsa that was fantastic. But the star of the dish is that ultra tender, flavorful, rich cheek meat. It was pulled-pork esque. Absolutely loved these and if you enjoy tapas/spanish food, i'm gonna say you should absolutely make your way to Iberian Pig if in the Buckhead area. And if you do go, these are a must...
