Anyone that knows me knows I'm a big fan of alliteration, but an even bigger fan of potstickers...when I stumbled upon this unique menu item at this hole-in-the-wall noodle joint a short walk from city center in Philly, I couldn't wait to try it - and it did not disappoint. Cheu owners Ben and Shawn say it best: "our food is often informed by tradition, but it's never defined by it." Enter the pastrami potsticker - chock-full of juicy, flavorful pastrami, seasoned with mustard, dill and chili oil. Each order comes with five, and they are offered as an add-on to a bowl of ramen during lunch hours for just a $4 up-charge. Worth every penny.
