Everything at this place was rich and flavorful and beautifully arranged but this lobster salad was the best. They don't skimp on the lobster meat, so you get bite after bite of fresh tender meat that you don't have to crack anything, get your fingers dirty, or otherwise work to get to. It's served cold and flavored with only fresh delicious stuff that I can't put my finger on except that I know part of it is Spanish olive oil. This dish is perfect on a hot summer day or night. The picture is of a half order. I don't know if they normally do half orders, or if they just let me do it that day so I could order 500 (ok 4) dishes and have a chance to make a dent in them. It's also worth noting that this restaurant is part of the same group of restaurants with Ten Con Ten, which is only a few blocks away and has a super fun environment.
