Burma Superstar is the first time for me at a Burmese Restaurant. It won't be my last. Went here with my parents and younger sister so we tried several dishes as a group. Lots of fantastic food but the Pumpkin Shrimp definitely among the most unique. You probably need to be a squash fan to enjoy this dish but the combination here in my opinion just outstanding. Good size chunks of pumpkin smothered in a tasty sauce and surrounded by succulent shrimp. Hearty, filling, and tasty!
