Plenty of delicious traditional dishes at Ohgane but their Sliced Galbee was the most tender Korean BBQ I’ve ever had. It’s cut accordion style – one long piece of meat wrapped around a bone (versus the more common cut that includes 3 flat bones). It's served to you raw and you get to cook it to your liking on the mini grill in front of you. You also have the option of using the call button at your table if you need assistance.
