Tucked away in the Mint Museum - Uptown, Halcyon serves a no-frills burger that really catches your attention with the nice char texture/taste that accompanies each bite. This is easily one of the top-five burgers in CLT. It comes with all the normal fixings, plus some crispy onions, which really bring all the flavors together. The fries (also slightly pictured) are also recommended! Vet move #1: add bacon. Vet move #2: eat it relatively quickly, unless you don't mind a soggy bun.
