You'll have to time this right, because the menu changes every night, but if you are into 1) your tastebuds doing cartwheels and 2) a little bit of irony (Steak + tofu in the same bite? Who does that?!), then this dish is for you. I'm confident that this will be up there with the most tender steak you've ever had. The flavor combinations aren't things I would ever imagine going together, yet they're spot-on. The steak is plated with w/ smoked tofu purée, spring onions and some morel mushroom. Each bite is like a little piece of heaven. Whether you like mushrooms or not (I am not a fan), it does not matter whatsoever when experiencing this culinary masterpiece, created by renowned Chef Ryan Poli (previously at world-class establishments like Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry and Jean Banchet’s Le Francais, Sergi Arola’s La Broche, El Celler de Can Roca and Martin Berasategui in Madrid Spain).
