07/22/17 The spicy version of Ramen Tatsu-Ya's "Mi-So-Not," this ramen dish is for the eater that enjoys turning up the heat a little bit. The bowl is filled with pork bone broth, a miso blend, ground goma pork, ajitama (A.K.A. soft boiled egg), scallions, napa cabbage, bean sprouts, and corn. Bottom line: if you like ramen, you'll love this place. Vet move #1: if you want to enhance this epic meal even more, opt-in for one of the "bombs" that are offered as flavor add-ons. Vet move #2: (always) add extra corn...they fire it in a wok...it's awesome. Vet move #3: don't come here unless you're prepared to wait in line for at least 20-30 min.
