The official desert of Lake Bled served by the original source, the Park Hotel. This puff pastry with custard and vanilla cream is a Hapsburgian delight. Moist and fluffy, it's decadence can be found in various forms throughout the former Austro-Hungarian empire, but the Bled Cream variety takes the cake.
