Nestled away in a pawn shop parking lot in Northeast Portland, you'll find some of the finest Texas BBQ in the entire Pacific Northwest.
While you can't go wrong with anything on the menu -- make sure to try the burnt ends (pictured), if available -- the sliced brisket is a go to. Always perfectly smoked, and ever evolving, you can tell our man Matt takes his BBQ seriously. Sit close enough to the window of the cart on the right day, and you'll hear a master's class on preparing, slicing and serving BBQ...now that is bigtime.
