Don't be discouraged by the lines, these are the best wings in the city. The lightly battered wings are incredibly moist, with faint notes of salt, pepper and sugar. Fried garlic and green onion are sprinkled in, and a bit of cilantro provides a nice change of pace. They are served with a lemon pepper dipping sauce that only adds to this bigtime dish. It's no wonder you'll see at least one order on every table.
