The Classified Cut steak is like all food at Doris it designed using Middle Esstetn Heritage with dry aged quality meats. I have taken three different people to Doris and all three have said it is the best steak they have ever had. You dine in a contemporary dining room that exemplifies a relaxed environment to eat a melt in your mouth steak. Doris is very sophisticated without being pretentious! Appetizers are plenty. The Beet root is excellent Rich and full of flavor. If you go you will not be disappointed
