07/30/17 This dessert was a part of a tasting menu. Michel Troisgros is one of the world's most celebrated chefs. And I was honored that the night I dined there, Chef Troisgros was at the restaurant. This dessert was sublime in every way---in conception and in execution. I am a dessert aficionado, so this dessert was quite a treat for me. The entire culinary experience at Cuisine(s) Michel Troisgros is quite memorable and highly recommended.
