I gave it a rating of Starter because of value. This sushi donut with avocado, tuna, and salmon with crab filling is currently only 5 dollars. Is the quality of the fish super-premium, NO, but at 5 dollars it is a steal. It's hard to discern size by looking at the photo, but it is about 5 or 6 inches across. The menu at Wasabi Sushi is fairly extensive with rice bowls, sushi burritos, and even sushi "burger" (I can't recommend the burger). I go to the brick-and-mortar location on SE Madison. It also has a few food carts around town. I really enjoy going to Wasabi Sushi when I want to spend less than 15 dollars for a meal and be satiated.
