Pujol is one of the most famous restaurants in the world with its chef/owner, Enrique Olvera, being equally as famous. He is the face of Mexico City burgeoning food scene. It's a tasting menu-only restaurant with the price being a very reasonable $100. I have never had a taco like this: suckling lamb taco with avocado leaf adobo and avocado purée. Enrique takes the humble taco and elevates to another level or 2. That happens throughout the meal.
