Being from the northeast, I always get different interpretations of Jambalaya. When you're down south, you get the real deal. Jambalaya Supreme is a go-to at Coop's Place as it features shrimp, rabbit, pork sausage, crawfish and tasso along with rice, tomatoes, onion bell pepper and plenty of Cajun seasonings. It gives a much needed kick to your day.
