Foie Gras Nigiri at Uchi in Dallas, TX. Uchi has a lot of amazing dishes, but I chose this one because it was one of the most unique and flavorful. The perfectly seared foie gras is rich and savory with the sauce providing a sweet finish. It is wrapped in seaweed and topped with eel sauce, so it’s prepared similar to unagi nigiri. You really can’t go wrong with anything off the menu here from the wagyu beef to the pork belly. And the seafood is imported directly from the Tsukiji fish market in Tokyo, so there are a lot of great sushi and sashimi options. Overall, Uchi is at the top of my list of Japanese restaurants in Dallas.
