First, they are not a Korean restaurant. They are a fusion restaurant and state this over and over. They offer a variety of Korean inspired menu items but what I was blown away by was the wings. These delicious beauties are probably the best wings in Charlotte. Trust me and order the large. You won't regret it. The wings are double fried and the batter has that incredible crunch that you want in fried chicken. It's super crackly and coated with a delicious sauce! The soy garlic is my favorite with its sweet and salty flavor. It hits all the right notes. The spicy wings deserve a nod. It's a subtle heat that isn't overwhelmingly spicy. Overall, a great place for delicious wings and if you're into it, they have private rooms you can rent to enjoy some karaoke!
