08/01/17 Joel Robuchon may be the world's greatest chef. He currently has the most Michelin stars. He has 2 restaurants in Paris. The one I went to is on the Champs de Elysees. His L'Atelier restaurants are the more casual of his formats. Casual for Joel would be formal for most. The price of his tasting menus are actually quite reasonable given the quality and location. This lobster spaghetti also had wasabi, spinach, and a lobster and crayfish emulsion. The execution was high, the quality of ingredients were pristine, and the dish itself was well thought out.
