Le Pre Catelan is a 3 Michelin starred restaurant located in Paris and is owned by Federic Anton who is also the chef. I love desserts and this is as next level as Russell Westbrook's freakish athletic ability. This is from Pastry Chef Chrystelle Brua: lemon cream, basil-lemon sorbet, and lemon mousse. Everything comes together at Le Pre Catelan: the grounds, the restaurant interior and exterior, the service, the savory dishes and, of course, the sweet. Yes, it tasted as good as it looks.
