The Pacific Northwest typically air balls when it comes to BBQ. However, Campfire hits a game winner with their Texas style BBQ. Owner Stefan smokes it slow & low over a wood fire. The succulent pulled pork is piled high over an apple vinegar slaw on a pretzel bun. It's just the right combo of sweet & sour. Don't let the word "slider" fool you - it's a legit full size bun.
