Poke Mon is one of my favorite fast-casual places in PDX. When I eat poke I feel as if I'm eating very healthy food, which I am. Every month, PM has a guest chef that crafts a new poke bowl. I have had them all. For the month of August the guest chef is Danwei Canting's Kyo Koo with the poke being the Ma La Bowl. The fish is fresh Hawaiian opah and some of the other interesting ingredients are black vinegar and Tianjin chili. This wasn't one of my favorite chef series poke but it was solid. I wish PM were closer because I'd go more often.
