One of two local Louisville's entries into the "Nashville" Hot Chicken category and from my experience Louis is the better Ville for Hot Chicken. The Tenders are the mainstay and are cooked to order so they never disappoint. Hank Hill campaigned to "taste the meat not the heat" but at Joella's the Tweener level is my choice to taste both. Joella's also features pure cane soda brand Boylan to change up your pop options.
