I've written other posts detailing my love of creamy, cheesy food so this scouting report shouldn't come as a surprise. I also fancy myself as a mac & cheese connoisseur so I don't take it lightly when I find a good one and this was a GOOD one! The jalapeño mac at the Wood Shop is made with a creamy, cheesy roux. It has just enough jalapeño to give it a slight kick but not overpower the fantastic combination of cheddar, asiago & parmesan cheeses. I washed it down with a refreshing Pimms Cup for those of you wondering about the drink!
