This dessert is from one of the best pastry chefs in the country: Courtney Schmidig and 3 Michelin starred Benu is one of the best restaurants in the world which is owned by uber-talented Corey Lee. Now back to this gorgeous dessert: the flavors of almond and apricot paired very well together. The presentation is stunning.
