08/10/17 Animal was Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo's first restaurant in what has now become a mini-empire. This dish was pure decadence and was worth risking gout. The biscuit was well-made and the richness of the foie gras paired perfectly with the sweetness of the gravy. I really enjoyed my meal at Animal and would recommend any of Jon and Vinny's restaurants.
