08/10/17 Nothing fancy here; just some wonderful ice cream. Chuck & Buck is a local ice cream shop that serves a good variety of homemade ice creams. Anything from your run-of-the-mill vanilla and chocolate to a locally sourced summer peach, black raspberry, and moose tracks. I decided, after a very long deliberation and a split-decision between my wife and myself, to go with moose tracks, which is vanilla ice cream with chocolate fudge and mini peanut butter cups and my wife got the raspberry covered in hot fudge. They were both the right decisions. The raspberry ice cream paired with the chocolate fudge was awesome. If you're a fan of raspberry and chocolate, you definitely should get it one day. The ice cream was honestly frozen a little colder than normal, but that was beneficial on this super hot day as it took longer to melt (it actually didn't really melt at all while I was eating it). There was just enough fudge in this for it to be sweet, but not too sweet, and a really great spread of peanut butter cups so that you actually had enough in the ice cream to satisfy you. It really was one of the best ice cream cones I've ever had. They give you a TON (as you can see in the picture) and it was just sweet enough to satisfy my sweet tooth, but not sweet enough to upset my stomach. In the end, I couldn't pass up an opportunity to give a scouting report on this.
