Bulgogi Street Noodles at Crafted: The Art of Street Food, in Greensboro, NC. If you like Korean BBQ flavor, this dish is for you. I found it to be a great summer dish, because the soba noodles were served chilled, which contrasted the hot bulgogi short ribs. Everything was seasoned just right, as the sesame, scallion and lemongrass components complemented each other as opposed to overpowering the other flavors. I was very impressed with Crafted, overall. I spend a considerable amount of time in the Triad, and this is definitely the best restaurant I have found in the area (with Hops Burger Bar being a close second). They have a wide variety of food offerings and an impressive beverage program, as well. I recommend checking this place out with a group of friends and ordering a bunch of their small plates, to get the most out of this diverse menu.
