When my Lousiville native wife ordered this one on my first trip to Finn's because it was a 'nostalgic southern thing' I thought it sounded terrible. But after trying a single bite I had to order it trip two. The sandwich is fried bologna, baby Swiss, carmelized onions, mustard and tastes far greater than the sum of its parts. The jalapeño pineapple cole slaw side is a great mix of sweet and heat.
