On a trip to Duke, just about everyone in the area recommended Q Shack. I can see why after tasting the pulled pork platter with macaroni & cheese, and hush puppies. The meat is so tender. The Mac & cheese is delicious. The hush puppies melt in your mouth. It is a must try when looking for barbecue in the Carolina Triangle.
