08/16/17 I had the opportunity to have lunch with none other than Rich Cho in the afternoon today! I tell you there is no better experience than to enjoy Burmese Food than with an expert like Rich. This was my first time ever having Burmese food and believe me it was a great first time. One of the first dishes we had was this beautiful looking chicken noodle salad. It was served slightly warm with a really nice creamy sauce, cilantro, topped with a chip type of garnish and and a half of a hard boiled egg. It was a nice texture and taste that had a kick of spiciness that I was not expecting. I liked the size of the noodles and the serving was good portion as a start to this enjoyable meal. This being my first time having Burmese food was a real treat. I plan on going back to eat there again soon and sharing the expieriance of this dish and others with my wife. My bigger thrill was to enjoy this meal and great conversation about the Boys & Girls Club was all in thanks to my friend Rich Cho! Thank you again Rich!!
