I know, I know. I am recommending chicken wings from a place called Super Pho & Teriyaki.
Their pho is fine and their teriyaki is aight. But their chicken wings are bomb-alicious! I happened upon them when they ran out of fresh spring rolls. So instead of our usual, my friend ordered the wings. We were starving and the bar next door did not serve food, but they allowed outside food. I was reluctant at first because I was craving spring rolls. But I was getting hangry. After trying my friend's chicken wings, I enjoyed it so much that I left the bar, walked next door, and ordered my own six-piece wings, then walked back to the bar. Since then, it's now a routine to get the wings and then claim our usual bar stools.
The chicken wings are not your usual hot, spicy, or sweet wings. They have a different flavor. They are flavorful with a gingery taste, but not overwhelming. They taste is reminiscent of Asian condiments, but not soy sauce, Sriracha, or any of the usuals. Each wing is fried perfectly that the skin is crispy but the meat tender inside. Dip the meat in the sauces that they give you then sip your cocktail and life will suddenly feel alllllright.
