Chef/Partner of RC is the uber-talented Jeremy Fox. Very few people in the country does as good of job with fruit and vegetable dishes as Jeremy. He was the CDC at Manresa and also became nationally known as head chef of vegetarian restaurant Ubuntu where it earned a Michelin star. I love Jeremy's approach to vegetable dishes---so cohesive and unique. Killer restaurant.
