Relatively recently, Rose went through a long remodel and also Jason Neroni was brought in to revitalize the food. The place is gorgeous and LARGE (240 seats); I've heard they do well over 2000 covers a day which is incredible. Given that, I was impressed by the execution at Rose. This bucatini dish was very cohesive in its conception; I loved the use of corn and guanciale. Rose is a fun place to hang out---vibrant atmosphere.
