To be clear, this dish makes no sense as a cheesburger. You can't pick it up, there are no buns and the ground beef isn't even formed into a patty. None of that matters. This thing is so uniquely bigtime that I didn't say a word while eating it and I haven't stopped talking about it since. Ground beef, American cheese, pickles, lettuce, onions are sandwiched between two Japanese pancakes and topped with a fried egg...yes please.
