I don’t normally write food up, but when I do, the bites are bigtime. Usually, I look at my food and just eat it, but this wasn’t a normal night. Something about this Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl screamed out to me from the appetizer menu and with everything at the restaurant being locally sourced, farm-to-table, then I knew I had to go with it. The tuna was so fresh, the guacamole was perfect, and the light crispy sweet potato chips all complemented each other perfectly. One bigtime bites staff member once said I would fly somewhere just for food, I thought he was slightly crazy, however now I have seen the light…because as I ate this all I could think was “wow, this truly is bigtime.”
