I went to Kindred in Davidson today with three other Bigtime Scouts. Kindred in a prime location right across the street from Davidson University and home of Steph Curry. Together we sampled a good portion of the menu but my favorite dish by far this tasty BBQ Pork Shoulder Sandwich. The pork is diced, tender, and full of flavor. It is combined with a Greek yogurt BBQ sauce that is both sweet and savory. It also comes with a side of cole-slaw that when combined with the pork takes everything to another level. If you are a slaw and BBQ pork lover, it doesn't get much better.
