08/27/17 When visiting Portland, OR, don't forget about the delicious fare that the food trucks in the area have offer. At Kim Jong Grillin', you must order the Bibim Box with your preferred meat (chicken, bbq ribs, beef or pork). The ribs were seasoned and charred just right. When you mix the egg with the veggies and rice, it call comes together. We're not sure what's the secret ingredient in the sauce but it's quite addictive! Kim Jong Grillin' is located on SE Division along with other establishments. It was one of the best Korean meals we've eaten, including traditional brick and mortar establishments. If you stop by, ask for the owner, Han Ly Hwang.
