Momofuku Ko is owned by one of the most famous chefs in the world---David Chang. It has 2 Michelin stars but in my opinions, deserves 3 stars. The CDC at Ko is Sean Alex Gray and he is supremely talented. The ingredient combinations in this dish is unusual but marry well together: frozen and shaved foie gras, lychee, pine nut brittle, Riesling jelly. Ko is absolutely my favorite restaurant in NYC.
