08/28/17 One of the most iconic chefs and restaurants in the world---Pierre Gagnaire. He's known for his unusual flavor combinations. Flavors that wouldn't seem to work together actually do. Check out the components of this dish: squid ink boat-shaped tartelettes, sea urchin, red mullet, pumpkin, Lautrec garlic, sea urchin bisque and melon seeds. A plethora of ingredients but very cohesive. One of the greatest restaurants in the world.
