Los Angeles is replete with tremendous Japanese restaurants. One of the best is Nozawa Bar inside Sugarfish in Beverly Hills.. The sushi is among the finest in the country. But I was blown away by this seemingly simple dish of Ankimo with Miso and Yuzu. So rich, so decadent. Nozawa my favorite Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles..
