Shwe Yin Aye at Vakok Burmese Cuisine in Dallas, TX. This dessert was a refreshing way to end the meal after having a few spicy dishes. I believe it's sweetened coconut milk poured over pieces of bread, coconut agar jelly, other jelly, tapioca pearls, and ice. The agar coconut jelly was a little more firm than the colored jelly, so you get some different textures. I liked the bread soaked in the sweetened coconut milk. And as you eat, the ice continues to chill the coconut milk, so if you like cold, sweet desserts then this is for you.
