Whenever we're out for brunch, ordering Eggs Benedict from the menu is a common occurrence. The egg was poached just right, not too runny. Along with the hollandaise, the Canadian bacon added a salty taste to the dish for added flavor. You can also order smoked salmon or creamed spinach to go with your eggs.
