Tiffins at the Animal Kingdom named after the tiered metal lunch boxes to carry food brings back memories of mom taking food to the temple for the Buddhist Monks. Serving up a worldly aray of dishes and cocktails, it's a fine dining treat and break from the pretzels, churros and slushies served throughout the park. Pictured here is a sustainable fish fried in its entirety for those who enjoy fried food, fish, and the sustainability of the environment. Skin so crispy, white meat so moist served on forbidden rice surround by a moat of fermented black bean sauce and accented by crunchy fresh som tam (papaya salad). You'll be asking for extra sauce and fighting of fish eyes (Asian ballers know what I mean). The AC'd dining lets you recover from the heat and refuel before you head back to the park and ball out.
