Include Wisefish Poke on your list of build-your-own-bowl spots. For your base, select rice (white or brown), zucchini noodles, or our favorite: half and half. Next, select your protein, including salmon, tuna, or tofu. The fun continues as you select from an assortment of sauces (spicy mayo or wasabi, just to name a few), mix-ins (jalapeno, edamame, etc. ) and finishes (crunchy onion, scallions). Whatever you put on your bowl, you're guaranteed a good meal!
