Japanese Iron Chef Morimoto creates one of the best Peking ducks I've ever had. At $27/person aka $54 Peking duck for 2 the skin is amazingly crispy and duck meat so moist. Perfectly sliced to place into your pancake wraps with julienned cucumber and green onion. I'ma condiments guy so the sauces pair perfectly with every bite.
